The player's withdrawal has been delayed and he decided to cancel it instead. We were forced to reject this complaint because the player stopped responding to our questions and messages.
It's about a withdrawal (€ 2000) at lsbet.com
They promise to process every payout within 24 hours. It didn't work for me and even after 72 hours it was processed. I contacted the support but was put off permanently.
It happened as it had to, I canceled the payment in order to gamble again. My guess that it was purely intentional by the provider not to pay out a payout.
Under attached my mail to the support, which was not answered.
What can I do?

Before we would try to contact the casino, please note that withdrawals may take up to 2 weeks, in some cases even more to be processed or to arrive on your bank account. It is really individual for every casino as it depends on their country of residence and the country of residence of the player aswell. I would really recommend you to wait at least 2 weeks after you request for a withdrawal.

I don't think it would be faster if we would contact the casino. They would still need to go through your verification documents and they usualy checking the gaming patters of player's too. The 24-hour usualy refers to the "processing" of the withdrawal for players who are already verified. It still doesn't include the time for their payment deparment to send the money and the time for the payment to arrive from one bank to another.
However, if the payment woulnd't arrive within 14 days, we would definitely turn to the casino for further explanation. For now I would leave the case open and wait for the above mentioned period. Please let us know if there would be any change or update regarding the payment.

Could you please advise if you have specificly mention "gambling" problems to the casino's support. In case you didn't please try to request referring to gambling addiction or problems. In that case they should block your account instantly and you shouldn't be able to reopen it. Please let us know if it worked.
