Loft Casino - Player requests a refund on his deposits.

I would like to request my all deposits back (refund) because unfair and illegal betting limits. Casino forced me not to bet more than 70$ in total per spin on roulettes and on the table clearly says max bet 2000$. I asked them they said we will forward your request to technical department and never replied.

I tried many times to withdraw but always rejected.

this is illegal and unfair and that means they only take money from the players and give hard time when playing and withdraw. Always when winning slots kicks you out of the game and makes you restart the game or when you go back tells oh no, the game is not available.

I need my all deposits back due to all unfair and illegal action by the casino.

Do I understand correctly the bet was different from the maximum bet given by the game provider in games you wished to participate in?

As they replied and said " we will forward the issue to technical department" and after weeks same problem and no one contacted me nor the problem fixed.

Did the issue exist since the beginning you started to play this specific game? Was there ever a time you were allowed to bet the full max bet of 2000$ in this or any other game the casino offers?

Yes, always I couldn’t bet more than 70$ in total if bet 72$ in total my bets will get rejected as shown in the attached picture above. And also as you see clearly it says 1$ to 2000$ max. I asked the casino they said limit set in my account. And all other roulette same thing. Not true what mentioned on the table about max bet.

Please understand that if as a result of the limit the casino set up or enforces in the game, your casino balance wasn't affected, there is not much we can do.

My only recommendation would be only to try to find another game in the casino where the limit isn't enforced or to try the same game in another casino. Please let me know if I overlooked information, otherwise, your complaint will be rejected.
