This casino is absolutely criminal and as corrupt as they come. PREDATORS! I was able to cash out one time here and ever since I can’t hit on literally anything. Because of this fact, I requested my account to be closed. Not once not twice but over 60 times in a week and a half and they refused to close it and allowed me to keep dumping more and more money in multiple times daily after I explained to them on several occurrences that I had a gambling problem which was the reason of my request. I spoke to many people via the live chat as well as sent an email telling them I have a problem and demand my account be closed Immediately and time after time after time it was ignored and refused and I kept receiving promo messages trying to lure me back in. Which worked to the amount of atleast 1200 more dollars over the 10 day period of my insistent pleas to have my account closed. In several occurrences not only did they disregard my admission of a gambling addiction , but they also tried using free play and free spins as a way to change my mind and continue my membership instead of doing the legal and ethical thing like closing my account. Finally after I threatened them of coming here to expose them as well as to the gaming commsioner and their license holder, they finally obliged after 10 straight days of requests and after they got away with over 1200 additional dollars from me. They used my addiction as a way to exploit me and take as much money as they could knowing damn well how morally wrong it was as well as how illegal it was. They claim they don’t have any way to tighten or loosen games or their outcomes and it’s a blatant lie and I experienced the switch up first hand following my one and only withdrawal . This site is corrupt and criminal and needs to be stripped of its license immediately and permanently shut down. I want my money back that they stole through their predatory and illegal tactics as well as help on how to file a lawsuit and a complaint against them with the licensing board in curaçao please help me!

I no longer have access to the account but they’re still trying to send me emails promoting free spins etc ….I’ll email you the transcripts shortly
