This is a review for others to know what this casino is like and to research and read reviews before getting scammed. Like others have I used the free bonuses GIVEN TO ME in order to check out the online casino before committing to one that is honest and forthcoming. Limitless casino had good games and seemed like I had finally found a good place to play that seemed fair enough. UNTIL I WON a over 200$ that was not to be however they said I had multiple accounts using just the free bonuses..(keep in mind they give them out so we can check the casino out before placing money and like they’ve proven scam you out of your money and claim we’ve only been trying to get free money.. (hello isn’t this what the game is about?? trying to win a jackpot or just a little bit) anyways another rotten scammer place🙁 filein this screen shot I’ve won 130 games and x11 multiplier. Anyways good luck fellow dreamers🙂

Do I understand correctly that you have been accused of multi-account registering?

We will contact the casino and ask for supporting evidence, but, before we do so, could you please advise if, to the best of your knowledge, there’s a possibility that someone else from your family members or neighbors has opened an account from the same IP address or device as yours or using your email address? Do I understand correctly that you accumulated your winnings from a free bonus solely?

They have many different casinos that I wasn’t aware of AND they do not say that they have other casinos under other names. Yabby being one of the casinos I played at. Which after a bit of research I found out. But multiply accounts with limitless casino itself, no. All was well and fine until I tried to withdraw. They’ve been sending so many "free" bonus spins and yes I used them. That’s what they are for. The casino has accepted deposit after deposit from me, to the point of calling me whenever a deposit didn’t go through in on of their many differently names casinos- with them accepting every penny but failing to tell me that they are under many different names and that they will take my money but I can’t withdraw any winnings.

"In relation to all of the above, the casino considers players "bonus abusers" or "bonus hunters" who take an unfair advantage of a promotion by using more than 5 no deposit bonuses without making a single deposit. Such behavior is contrary to the casino's Bonuses and Promotions Terms and Conditions."


"7.5. General Rules for Free Spins Coupons

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the player can withdraw the sum of $/€/AUD 20 and a maximum of $/€ 50."


"7.10. General bonus rules for free chips

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the player can withdraw a minimum of $/€/AUD 20 and a maximum of 2x the value of the free chip bonus. The player understands that after the player has received the maximum withdrawal amount specified in the free chip promotion, the casino will delete the excess funds from the user's account."


Could you please advise if you redeemed more than five No Deposit bonuses from this specific casino?

I can’t help out there as I’m locked out of my account. I do know however that you aren’t able to use a coupon if it isn’t allowed, as it will pop up red writing telling you that max coupons are reached and to make a deposit. Again they make it tricky and feels deceptive in order to take money from others knowing all the time they will keep that and all the " winnings" thanks guru for going to bat

Max Cashout ? For a coupon? No I don’t recall AGAIN they refuse to allow any communication. Could be anything but they will change it to suit themselves

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.

We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of the casino. We would like to allow this case one more chance to be resolved, and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory conclusion. The casino sent us the following message, please note I anonymized the account ID:

Please allow us to apologize for the delayed reply to the grievance raised, we had certain technical issues that prohibited us from joining this thread.
As the issue has been resolved, we are now able to sort any misunderstanding that occurred.
 
Namely, the issue occurred due to the fact that the player registered multiple accounts at Limitless Casino. According to the Terms & Conditions, to which all players agree upon joining, a player is only allowed to have one account at the Casino.

The similarity between accounts has been determined by comparing the details on the accounts - Name, Date of Birth and Address. All the mentioned information are matching.
This has all been done in accordance with the official Terms & Conditions of Limitless Casino. The original account has been left active and the player is allowed to continue to use it.

Hello and no not to my knowledge should they have any accounts opened in my name other than the one with money they banned my online presence from.. and I’m now called a BONUS HUNTER, never heard that name until this. And oh do My feet curl and my tail shakes in utter pain and agony. My ears ringing with the shameful word. I’m in shakes and whirlwind of pitiful thoughts of self harm and the shame oh the shame. I am now a …… BONUS HUUUUUUUUUNTEEEEEER. Hahahahha . Sorry but secretly we know. We all know. I’ve become bad enough- really bad.. enough to be called something sick and twisted like a bonus HUUUnter.. hah

Furthermore I do not recall having "several accounts opened" as previously accused of the moment I win money. However I for sure know that I have one account. The very one I use when I deposit and the one I used to claim a bonus and the very same one !! In fact the only one that I have to my knowledge the one they closed as I tried to withdraw suddenly it felt I was banned like a naughty child. If they weren’t so blatantly dishonest however professionally they try to "achieve " money for better terms of they cheat other People who don’t know better. cut out the filler words and no need to be either "nice" or mean.. the simple fact is they trick you into signing up by all the wonderful things they have for you .. they then trick you with the very fine smallest and hardest to find or even read.. basically saying they are going to steal from you. I decided I would give a fair chance and low and behold they rang true to the reputation of previous players. Bad bad place and you will lose and lose! They woo and charm and con you with bonuses that are no good and take your money so they can then when you win over .25 cents or so you will suddenly be I REMEMBERED!!! Lol this is what I am called now:::: BONUS HUNTER !!!!! Oh dear of all the words I hang my head in shame.. to be called the worst name in history.. THE .. BIG BAD HUNTED…. i have read AND warned and chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. Learning the truth. I wound up entangled with this deal and actually don’t need this anymore. I can move on knowing I have said what I have experienced. And after reviewing many others when i happened to find a place that is actually honest and fun where winning is real and the money isn’t withheld.. yes I’ve lost.. as luck would have it I also won more than i expected .. the honesty and refreshing nature of people with pride in the way they hold themselves is … OUTSTANDING!!!!! ethics, professionalism, honesty, all the things you want and can expect then I will not go anywhere else. No need to see the others. I found my choice and well beyond what I expected from them... fair honest and GENUINE! Hahaha.
