I went to the website, deposited 20€, and entered the chat to ask about the bonus. Apparently, I can't get the bonus due to a managerial decision of the website? My friend received the same bonus and it was activated. Why does the site send me these offers in the email and then doesn't honor them?

Well, I went to win €150 with €20 and put the withdrawal on fire. Once you don't get a bonus, you win the money. Let's see if they even pay or if it's a complete scam.
