Hi there my name is Carlos, and I have decided to write here as it seems problems get resolved from this website!

I have just returned home from a month long camping trip and returned to find out my 15 year old little brother had created an account on Leo Vegas casino impersonating me! As he is underage. He also used my Visa card which I had left behind to make deposits into this account and spent all of my money that was in my everyday account! Roughly $2750, and had my drivers license, bank account number also at hand (which I had left behind in my room) I today messaged the live chat line to resolve this situation and asked for the account to be closed and to be refunded the money that had been deposited into it! I was asked for verification at this point and sent this in, it was confirmed and I am now waiting for a response about the refund, but I wanted to write here as it seems you people are a big help on getting these things solved from what I have read! I hope you can help get this matter urgently resolved thank you ☹️

Hello Cc1999,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with LeoVegas Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you prove in any way that your brother created and played with your details in any way? Does it mean that you currently have 2 accounts at LeoVegas Casino? Do you have to verify your and your brother's identity too?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Hi nick! After bringing this issue to they’re attention they refuse to refund the deposits as they claim there is no evidence that my underaged brother created the account. But I find it extremely convenient to them that after I brought this to they’re attention they then asked me for my identification to verify I myself was real but did not ask for this verification before all the money was used.

no there is only one account at leo vegas that was created using my information by my underaged brother, he is a very mischievous boy and knew how to fool the system. They keep sending me they’re T&C that state I myself am responsible for giving my login information to 3rd parties when I did not do this! My information was used in a fraudulent way! What kind of proof would I need to prove this I don’t believe I have any way to do this as I was absent from our home while this was done. Also in they’re T&C it states if anyone is playing underaged they would be refunded all funds deposited which I told them was the case but they just keep referring to the T&C that I am responsible for the login, but how can I be responsible if I did not know this account was created! Ugh!! Thanks for listening I hope you can help

Hello Cc1999,

The KYC procedures and not processed right away. The casino usually asks for verification documents when the player is requesting his first withdrawal so he is free to deposit until then. I believe it wouldn't make any difference in your case as by your claim, your brother had all of your documents.

Unfortunately, there is really no way to prove your claim therefor we will be forced to reject your complaint as there isn't enough evidence.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you will come across any other trouble again in the future, we will gladly try to help you out.

Regards,

Nick
