The player from the US has not received a withdrawal. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
After jumping thru hoops since March 24th they finally approved 300 cash out. I won way more than that but ultimately decided to cash out. They approved my request on March 25th 2023 and said 5 days for bank wire. Okay fine no big deal…. It’s now May 2nd and no money has been sent. I enjoy playing here and haven’t really been pushy but waiting on 300 for 10 days after starting the process in March is ridiculous. I’d just like to receive the money I’m owed I gamble a lot and can afford to do so but this is the longest payout time I’ve ever encountered.

Hi, I have not made any withdrawal requests until now. I have deposited money as well as played bonus money. I ended up winning 9000.00 however after asking for a withdrawal and submitting all documentation Las Atlantis did verify and sent confirmation emails that they were going to keep all the money except 900.00 I decided I’d play some more and finally kept the 300 they were going to process. I’ve attached the correspondence emails from them, so you can read them. Again I have no real issue with the casino other than it’s been since April 25th that it was approved and has taken so long to get. Thank you for your help 😊
Hi I am aware you are checking things out but via chat the representative Casey stated I didn’t request a withdrawal until the 30th of April, so now I do have an issue with Las Atlantis simply because my account specifically said I requested and it was approved on April 25th. Not sure what exactly they are talking about but I do my homework and I keep a screenshot of everything. I have no problem spending my money and even losing that’s just the game however I have a huge problem with winning with my money after playing thru thousands and then being told I didn’t do something that I know for a fact with picture proof I certainly did do. 300 that’s it seems a little shady to me that with a denomination that small they would have an issue with dispersing it.
