Casino isn’t replying to any emails back. Have deposited €1135 without any verification that was needed, very strange as that means people under age can just deposit more and more without any control.


Games keep skipping and giving errors, when talking about it they simply end the chat.


Lala.bet is owned by the Casbit Group N.V. and that is owned by Mykhailo Yemets and is only opened since this year. While also the payment provider Retrust OU is also owned by this person. Located in Ukraine but the license is in Curaçao and the ‘address’ is just a building in Curaçao with hundreds of businesses on that address.


When sending in a complaint they directly closed my account while not replying on my complaint they out of a sudden sent me a email that KYC is needed. Very strange that it is needed when sending in the complaint.


The games aren’t playing like any other casino in this world. RTP is almost zero, while playing with the amount stated above and having almost nothing that came out of it.


Also just found out that this casino is not even allowed to make advertisements in The Netherlands, and they aren’t even allowed to operate in The Netherlands as they don’t have any legal documentation that allows them to operate here. Casino shouldn’t have accepted players from The Netherlands in the first place.


This casino needs to refund my deposits made. I will go for justification until the end and will take any steps that are possibly needed.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Lalabet Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise when did you register into the casino? How much did you deposit there in total? Do you have currently any real balance on your casino account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that Netherlands is not mentioned in the casino terms as restricted country so you are allowed to play there. If there is any restriction directly in your country, it is the player's responsibility to follow and not the casino's.

Registration should be on or around April 30th. With a total deposit of €1135 in Euro. No money on the account anymore.


Have spoken today with them after i have send my very long complaint yesterday to them. Their immediate action was blocking my account and start there KYC procedure. While they are ridiculously asking for selfies, phone, bank and other details like passport etcetera.


Have again stated that the money can be refunded to the official payment number it came from. (Where the deposits came from) and that they really don’t need all my private documentation for that.

And it may be not in the Terms & Conditions on the website but they are officially breaking the Dutch law by providing casino games in The Netherlands as they are officially not in their rights to advertise or accept any players since they don’t have the right documentation. As they should have blocked the option to accept Dutch players since other casinos outside The Netherlands are doing.


Dutch KSA (from the gouvernement) can make a big fine for them if they know about it. Just like what they did to N1 Interactive.

Hello Mikeeeeey,

It is completely up to the casino whether they accept players from Netherlands or not and as they are not based in Netherlands, the laws may or may not be applied to them.

Unfortunately we do not deal with license or law related complaints as it is now the casino's decision whether they refund the deposits or not. From our point of view, they are not obligate to refund anything as basically anyone from your country could just register there and complain once they lose their balance. If you did know about the law, you should not have register there at first.

You can always try to contact the licensing authorities of the casino or consult it with a lawyer but we can't enforce the casino to do anything as they followed their terms and conditions.
