I have been playing at this casino for more than 6 months.

I played on Fri & Sat 17th & 18th Dec 2021 and won 1500 Euros which I left in my account.

I was then forced to not return to play (on Sunday 19th Dec) because there was an electrical problem in my apartment building, when it eventually rebooted it killed my laptop power cable and I was not able to find a new cable until Wednesday the 22nd December. When I went online I was not allowed access to the King Billy site. With no access to the site I had no way of knowing why I now not allowed access to their website and could therefore not make a complaint.
