I won 2130 its been since Jan 23 its now March 22st I'm lied to ever time I contact support. This casino is horrible. Customer service just says same thing .then manager Marcus says it will be in next week just to get me off the phone.im now realizing that om not getting funds. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They take deposit. Tell you 5 to 7 day bitcoin payout well it's now 2 months.

  • Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed?
  • Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings?
  • Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
  • Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.
