I was contacted by two hosts from Kats wanting me to play at their casino. In addition I was bombarded with recorded phone calls giving me various offers.
Thinking anyplace that was this persistent would be on the level I made three or four deposits. When on RTG I play he same game and attempt to grind it out 90% of the time.
While playing I noticed a pattern develop of wins coming until I was up a few hundred dollar the out of the blue winning was impossible. The last time I made a deposit I lost $800 without a single win.
At this point I informed my host I would no longer play their casino because I didn’t trust the machine because after hundreds of thousands of spins I under the patterns of the game.
After staying away a cpl of weeks my host Peter called and informed me that $380 had been placed in my account and after play thought I could cash it for 3x. I told him I had no desire to play in their place again. Instead of accepting that Peter and Victor started calling me every cpl of days and asking me to please use the freeplay. So being bored one night after Victor called I played and after 11k of play through had almost 3k which was reduced to 3x or approximately $1037.
I requested my winning and the games start lmao. I normally submitted KYC papers when I first start playing at a new casino so that issue is resolved before any withdrawal is requested. Of course they wanted a new copy and denied my withdrawal.
One excuse follows another about their "technical issues" and requests for additional documentation be sent to a third party pay processing company.
After talking to Peter today and being told him and Victor re working on it and I should know something in 48 hrs.
They advertise 72 hr pay out which is a joke.
I am attaching screen shots of today’s conversation which confirms by admission from Peter the money is owed me and I will be paid after the technical issues are fixed.
This is not the first time I have been told this by a casino with your assistance some I have collected on others not but I knew after today my best course of action was to file a complaint. I am attaching today’s conversation however I have screen shots of the majority of my conversations.
