I am experiencing the same problem as others with this casino. I play daily at various casinos and most of my deposits are always in excess of a couple hundred dollars. I was contacted by two hosts from Kats wanting me to play at their casino. In addition I was bombarded with recorded phone calls giving me various offers.

Thinking anyplace that was this persistent would be on the level I made three or four deposits. When on RTG I play he same game and attempt to grind it out 90% of the time.

While playing I noticed a pattern develop of wins coming until I was up a few hundred dollar the out of the blue winning was impossible. The last time I made a deposit I lost $800 without a single win.

At this point I informed my host I would no longer play their casino because I didn’t trust the machine because after hundreds of thousands of spins I under the patterns of the game.

After staying away a cpl of weeks my host Peter called and informed me that $380 had been placed in my account and after play thought I could cash it for 3x. I told him I had no desire to play in their place again. Instead of accepting that Peter and Victor started calling me every cpl of days and asking me to please use the freeplay. So being bored one night after Victor called I played and after 11k of play through had almost 3k which was reduced to 3x or approximately $1037.

I requested my winning and the games start lmao. I normally submitted KYC papers when I first start playing at a new casino so that issue is resolved before any withdrawal is requested. Of course they wanted a new copy and denied my withdrawal.

One excuse follows another about their "technical issues" and requests for additional documentation be sent to a third party pay processing company.

After talking to Peter today and being told him and Victor re working on it and I should know something in 48 hrs.

They advertise 72 hr pay out which is a joke.

I am attaching screen shots of today’s conversation which confirms by admission from Peter the money is owed me and I will be paid after the technical issues are fixed.

This is not the first time I have been told this by a casino with your assistance some I have collected on others not but I knew after today my best course of action was to file a complaint. I am attaching today’s conversation however I have screen shots of the majority of my conversations.

I only requested my payout one time everything else was moved by the casino.

My request now appears like this. I have no idea why or who changed the numbers. My hosts Peter and Victor are trying to rectify this situation. But they ate not making any process why would Peter instruct ME to contact the 3 party processor. Part or the reason I sought help is they no longer call daily and leave automated messages. My host now longer initiate any conversation. The quit call me once I told Peter no way when he suggested I make additional deposits.

This is the most recent conversation with my host (Peter) from today 8/5.. He states my money will be released the 12th. I have no idea why their would be a hold on it. I ask him why they advertise 72 hr payout then tell me it will be the 12th before I get it. T I ycalled his bs anser he said it was taking longer because of my paperwork issues. When I pointed out my KYC was approved a cpl weeks ago he switched to the excuse that technical issues in March was the delay. I swear these ppl think we idiots and can’t smell out the bullshit. So I will attach our chat so everyone else can have a laugh also. SfileIf anyone else is having issues with Katz casino drop your me an email so I can derermine what I am up against. Well to is the 12th I contacted my host who said the payout team would give him a date tomorrow for my payout. I was supposed to receive it today. I will say one thing the have ball I received 4 texts over weekend wanting me to make a deposit. They have balls and no shame. I received my money today I want to thank Peter and Victor my hosts at Kats. Even with all the emotions that occurs during this process they never once refused to take my calls. They kept me updated every step of the way. I feel that higher powers we the problem. Idk but it feels this casino has a problem with a $1000 win.
