I played a bonus that went through on the software. From what I knew it was clear it went through the system. I won 100 bucks now they wont pay. I made tons of deposits so far probably too one of their sister sites. I would like to cash out if thats possible.

I believe that I was verified for coupons when I registered there were no problems with this particular casino. I believe that I am not all too sure about the bonus thing because I don't recall playing at Kats too too much. I have deposited at casino extreme, planet 7, Red Cherry etc. A few others too. What I am suprised about is even when we deposit we don't get free spins and a chip like in the introductions so I don't know. I spoke with this casino once, and only once. They were pretty much right off the bat giving me inteference so instead of letting tempers flare like they do when it comes to this much money I hope too have this settled on this forum.
