The player from Morocco had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout had not been received yet. After communicating with the complaints team, the player confirmed that she had not received her winnings, despite her account having been verified. The player had a pending withdrawal of $46,500, of which she had received $4,000. The complaints team had extended the timer for response by 7 days, however, the player failed to respond within the given timeframe. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I won $46,500 on 27/03/2024 and I was surprised by the call from them regarding the weekly withdrawal. I waited until 01/04/2024 at the beginning of the new week. A week earlier. They asked me for some questions to verify and documents. I did not ask me. There is no response or any inquiry about the subject. I sent them messages by mail and support slave, but without a result, please, I want to solve this problem, knowing that before the profit, I used to withdraw small amounts and arrived within a day, but we have won a large amount. I did not receive any dollar, and my messages were not answered except waiting and procrastination.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
