Along with my uncredited winnings of over $14,000CAD. I contacted support 10 days ago requesting my game play history so I could verify the wins myself and also provide it you you to help my case. 6 emails and 10 days later I get a reply asking for me to verify my birthday and last four digits of my phone number. Then she sent me an email saying my request has been sent to the relevant department. Kindly wait until the send it. Like seriously? It's almost 2weeks and no winnings, no updates, NOTHING!!! What more can L do. I seriously think this is a fraudulent company or something nefarious. Please help me get this sorted. I'm going crazy with all this crap.
