As a result, we could not proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

I made a deposit and the casino disabled my account. Now they tell me I have to log in to verify myself to get my money back. The account was closed less than 20 seconds after the deposit. I can not log in to verify as the account disabled

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
