The player from British Columbia had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. The Complaints Team had advised the player that withdrawals could take time to process and suggested waiting for at least 14 days before submitting a complaint. The player later confirmed that his withdrawals had been deposited into his account. Consequently, the complaint was marked as 'resolved' by the Complaints Team.

I got a 150 dollar moon cycle bonus,

I met the wagering requirements. And cashed out. 1700 dollars on the account.

howver since then my withdrawal has been pending and every attempt to see what is going on I have been met with zero answers as to why it is taking so long.

also since then I have deposited and won other withdrawals as well, which are not being processed.

i can’t look back at my game history to check if my max bet was not in compliance, and I have not received any word from the casino.

my concern is that if I did break the max bet rule. Are they going to confiscate my other winnings that I made with my own money?

or will they honor those wins then? if not what would be my steps to at least then get my deposits back?

any help would be greatly appreciated

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

ok do you have any insight that if they do confiscate my bonus winning, will they then confiscate all my winnings? even though i had won them using my own deposited money?
