The player from Canada had his payments stopped for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino did not respond to us.
I won 25 000 at jumba bet in july and got payed 10500 .After that nothing. They kept asking me to Wait 10 to 14 Days and juste put money back in m'y casino acount without notice. I was trying to understand why and after 2 months always the same. So i was tiered of puting Time everyday and finaly lost m'y cool and told the operateur IT was bullshit. That got me blocked from the casino and gave me acces only to the chat. Today they finaly told me i was not gonna get payed😡 What can i Do?
