I've checked the casino terms and if you played with no deposit bonus money, you should be able to make a witdhrawal only after making a deposit. Is stated in casino terms and conditions in section 8.4. :
"Player's that have never deposited at the casino, may only make a withdrawal on any bonus, free spins or loyalty points, once a real money deposit has been made by the player. "
Could you please advise if you played with bonus money? I would recommend you to wait to see what will be the status of your current withdrawal and if it will be canceled, you will most likey need to deposit there to be able to make a successful withdrawal request.
