Case summary

The player from Armenia successfully won back funds from a no-deposit code and requested a withdrawal. The casino requested verification documents and a symbolic deposit but then claimed they were unable to make a transfer to Armenia. The casino then requested an alternative withdrawal method via Bitcoin, followed by an additional deposit.

I’ll tell you a story....

I received a no-deposit code for $50 and needed to win back $2,500, which was eventually done, and as soon as 2,500 was reached, they took the balance, which was more than $100, and rounded it up, leaving $100 (this is the amount that can supposedly be withdrawn), I naturally submitted application for withdrawal and it began to eat my nerves....

To begin with, they asked for documents for verification, then they said to wait a few days, well, in general, before the weekend, etc., after verification they said that it’s ok and we need to wait for the financiers for a few more days, after waiting they said that you must make a deposit of $20 in order to be able to request a withdrawal money, tobish, without making a symbolic deposit, this is not possible, well, I threw off about 20, and while time is ticking, I think to check the status of the transfer and I see it is cancelled, I fucking write to them and in response I get that they cannot make a transfer via Swift to Armenia and ask me to issue a Viviod means again, but indicate the Bitcoin address, like they will screw you up.... I did everything and wait a day later, I write to them, well, guys, the crypto transfer is done in a few minutes, which you didn’t do, but it turns out you need to wait 48 hours ..... after the end, I write to them again, since the transfer was still pending and remained, well, again, it turns out they need $50 to withdraw funds......they say they deposited 20 and need another 30, in general, such garbage is going on with them

Dear kxach8512,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with Juicy Vegas Casino. I have checked the Terms and Conditions, and I found this:

Any free money given without requiring a deposit e.g. a No-Deposit Coupon, Rebate Bonuses, Loyalty bonus, VIP bonus, No Deposit Required Free Spins, Free Spins that are given on top of a Deposit Match Bonus offer, Competition and Tournament bonus prizes, birthday bonus etc. carry a wagering requirement of at least 50 X wagering with a maximum cash-out amount of $100 unless otherwise mentioned.

I'd like to emphasize that according to our Fair Gambling Codex, we consider the imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.

The rules also state the following:

Player’s that have never deposited at the casino, may only make a withdrawal on any bonus, free spins or loyalty points, once a real money deposit has been made by the player.

Regarding the availability of payment methods, please understand that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

There is another rule I found in Terms:

Free Bonus Money or Free Spins (No Deposit Required) bonuses carry a playthrough requirement of 50X unless indicated differently on the promotional material you received before a player can make a withdrawal. Prior to any withdrawal being allowed on the first claim of a free player bonus or free spins, a player must have made a deposit that is at least equal to 50% of the withdrawal. I.e.: If you claim $250 Free, have met stipulated playthrough requirements and have money to withdraw, you must make a deposit of at least $125 before the withdrawal will be processed.

It's important to note that each casino has its own unique bonus policy and reward system. A bonus is essentially a gift from the casino, and it's up to the casino to determine what rules apply for wagering and withdrawals. I am afraid that you will need to deposit at least $50 to be able to receive your winnings from a free cash bonus.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with, otherwise, this complaint will be closed. Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards

Veronika
