I have deposited over 1200 in the month of November 2020. I haven't won anything all losses. On 11/22/20 i asked customer service for some cash back. I was given $35.00. I played it and finally won $1980.00. I continued playing but then lost. I placed a withdrawal of $1592.80 but the system only allowed $497.80 to be withdrawn. I contacted customer service and they said cash back has a max cash out of $500. I wasn't happy but $500 is better than nothing. Customer service said for me to send my documents asap because finance will not even look at my withdrawal request until I do. I found that very strange. I sent all documents in that they requested. 24 hrs later i get an email from the finance department. Thank you for your documents. Within 48 hrs if your withdrawal is not reversed your money will be sent by wire transfer. I allocated $497.80 to be sent by wire. On the 50th hour they said your withdrawal was sent based on the casino's T & C's. I went to my account and noticed they only sent $100. THERE WAS STILL A BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT OF $297.80 I was in shock...This casino cannot sent a small payment of $497.80.. They have to send it in increments. WOW...so after talking to customer service and complaining about the amount of money the casino sent me they said the finance department will contact me.
9:53am this morning i received an email stating this
(Please note that your winnings were from free bonuses with max cash out of $100.) I never asked for a free bonus. I asked for cash back. So this is how they get around it. ..It has a sentence about cash back (all Cashback Bonuses come with a 10x Bonus Amount up to $500 maximum withdrawal.) Now they are saying that i got a free bonus not Cashback. This is there way around paying the player.
I cannot believe i deposited and played over $1200 and how i won on $35.. The games here are rigged and so is the Finance Department.
