Juicy Vegas does not pay out the way they advertise. I had a nice win, requested my first payout of $10,000...but they only paid out $2,500 and put the remaining $7,500 back into my account. It took almost two weeks to get the first $2,500 and then I had to keep submitting $2,500 increments. So basically, if you have a sizable win, it will takes months to get paid out. And during that time they continue put your requested payouts back into your account. They can take your money quickly, but the moment you ask for a payout...Good Luck getting it. All they want is to keep putting your payout request back into your account, hope you won’t notice and then you’ll continue to play and lose. Then there’s nothing to pay out. Honestly, it’s clever. I just wish you could actually get paid when you win.

Dear Joshua,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"All withdrawals are paid in instalments of up to $2,500 per week, depending on your Tier status in our loyalty program. You may contact our support team to clarify the weekly payout amount based on your loyalty tier."

Could you please advise what’s your loyalty tier? Have you received the first installment successfully? Which payment method you have opted for? I understand that it might seem like a lot of questions, but all the requested information is essential if we wish to proceed with this case. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela

I cannot believe the way Juicy Vegas does business. Why say on your website that you can withdraw $10,000 at once, only to have $7,500 put back in.Twice I thought an entire $10,000 had been removed from my account for my requested payout. Only to find that both times $7,500 had been placed back in. Did I lose it...yes. But I was not aware those payout requests had been placed back into my account. Unbelievable. Why in the world would you advertise a $10,000 payout request only to put back 75%. I know why...to be sneaky

Dear Joshua,

We inform in our review that monthly withdrawal limit is $10.000 (since in the T&Cs is stated $2.500 per week). I’m sorry that I couldn’t help you more to resolve this problem. If you would like to share your experience and make your opinion widely known, I’d recommend our Forum https://casino.guru/forum. Please advise if there’s anything else we could help you with.
