The player from Australia created an account at this casino, but we have Australia as a restricted country. Our data was correct and the player didn't have any other problem, therefore we closed the complaint.
It says on your site players from Australia cant play, I'm from Australia and I've been playing their for about 6 months

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. Our list of restricted and allowed countries is always based on the T&Cs and the list of countries in the registration form. I checked if we’ve made a mistake on our side. I didn’t find the list of restricted countries in the casino’s T&Cs, but I found the list of allowed countries and Australia is currently not one of them, but maybe it was available, when you created your account.
