I would like to ask for help because I am contacting this casino for six months now. Few weeks ago I fully verified my account but there were still some features locked. I will attach a screenshot. Since then, I tried to contact them via inbox on my casino account and via email. They do not return any emails. A week ago I noticed they blocked my account and I can not login anymore. I'm running out of options. I have winnings in my account that I tried to withdraw but they chose to ignore me. Unfortunately, this is the only way I see I could try to resolve this issue because they do not contact me since my account has been verified.

I registered on October 16, 2022. I played mainly sports betting. Winnings were accumulated without bonus. After I spoke to their team and verified my account, I wanted to make a withdrawal.
