An absolute rip off played and won money tried to withdraw they wanted an old bank card which no longer exists can not withdraw my money now I have my banks fraud team looking into it as they ask for items which they should not

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if you ever used the card in the casino it is logical that they requested a verification of it. If it's expired, your bank will surely provide a confirmation of it and once you send it to the casino, your account can be easily verified.

Hello

My account has been verified but still can not withdraw my money when I try to withdraw my money it says bank cards at this bank are currently unavailable please try a different card

I used the same card to deposit just to see and guess what it went in no problem at all

This site is also listed as been one of the top.ten sites I think it should be withdrawn from that

I can nit belive how easy it is to deposit money but when it comes to withdrawal it is a total different game

Hello

It's allied Irish Bank ireland I also have had to upload more identification which I have done and had to email it to the support team as I can not upload anymore through my account as their is too many uploaded

Hello

I can update that as of today I have even tried doing a bank transfer and still waiting for that to be verified I can not understand that you can deposit money with out no problem but trying to withdraw money is the hardest thing you would every do
