Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account was fully verified on October 10.

After this, they again demanded a salary specification, which I sent.

Despite notice before that the account was verified.

The last contact with the casinos was on October 16, where they confirmed that the withdrawal request has been accepted for processing.

Played with real money.

There are so many other casinos that pay out winnings on the same day, can't understand their actions.
