Since the 11/24th, I requested the withdrawal of an amount of 5,000 reais and I was not paid, as they claimed that I had not verified the documents. Then I sent all my documents and so far nothing, I send a message and they tell me to wait and wait and be patient, but it takes a long time and a lot of incompetence. Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
