The player's unable to withdraw his balance as his request is getting rejected. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.

I have an account with Ice casino I signed up with them as I thought they had some really good offers. . . I won quite a bit of money and could not believe my luck fo instant I won 1,300 on the game wanted obviously I rode my luck and won some more to the point where I wanted to withdraw my funds. And here is where the issues have started I made a withdrawal and it says "incomplete" the it gets taking from my Casino balance and then says "in progress" after a couple of days it gets returned to casino account and it then says rejected i dunno what to do bit I am absolutely furious it's so annoying I have an account with Doggo casino and IV won some good wins on there and when I withdraw it's in my account in an hour.
Also I am KYC verified on Ice casino but still cannot get my money from them Helpe please

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus, and if yes, which one? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick thank you for responding to my complaint.
So as to your first question my answer is I have been fully verified about 2 weeks now I received an email which stated that I was now fully KYC verified.
Your second question I won my winnings through using real money not bonus money.
Your third question I spoke to the casino today asking why my withdrawal through visa option which is the same option I used to deposit was rejected even tho I had only yesterday been told that the process was approved which was a total of three transactions amounting to 850 these three separate transactions because when you withdraw they split your withdrawal into separate withdrawals anyway these three had a status of in progress I was told they had been approved and had moved to the external processing part of withdrawal which was out of the casino's control so I thought to myself ok this is good the money should be in my account in a few days I was then told that there was a technical issue I was then advised to use a separate form of withdrawal such as Skrill which I have now done as of today there is now seven different withdrawals pending on my account totaling to the amount of 2050 euros six of them are the amount of 165 euro and one of them is 70 euros I mean is absolutely scandalous to think that I have to wait so long to receive payment. I dunno if I have ever in all my years come across something like this.
I am totally in the dark I also have screenshots of the chats from the support which I can provide and a screenshot of my balance currently as it stands.
