Despite the specified 5 business day withdrawal timeframe, the casino kept asking him to wait and provided unclear responses to his queries. He confirmed that he was fully verified and had previously received smaller amounts on the same day to his online wallet. However, he was facing issues with a withdrawal of 700PLN. We extended the timer for resolution by 7 days, but due to the player's lack of response, we couldn't investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I have been experiencing issues with IceCasino for over 10 days now, as they have not processed my withdrawal requests. The live chat support has been unhelpful, and their responses seem to be repetitive. I am unable to obtain a clear and concrete answer or assistance from IceCasino. The concerning part is that they keep telling me to wait, even though the specified withdrawal timeframe is a maximum of 5 business days, not 10. I'm at a loss as to what to do next, and I'm slowly coming to terms with the possibility of losing my funds.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you for your interest in my case. I would like to confirm that I am fully verified, and in the past, I have received smaller amounts that arrived on the same day to my online wallet. Right now i've got a problem with the 700PLN amount and it's not normal.
