The player from Sweden is having difficulties receiving their funds. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
Sent in correct documents for KYC by 4th of April. Took a few days for it to pass.
They "processed" the withdraw of 500 euro by 11th and 1000 euro by 12th. And status is "in progress" and when i ask where it is, they blame it on external payment provider.
I keep asking once a day when it will come but i get the same answer as before.
