The player from Lithuania accumulated winnings with a free spin bonus. His winnings were confiscated soon after. The casino informed us that the game was not working correctly. The player's balance was adjusted to the amount before he started playing this game and after reviewing the report from the game provider and the player's game history, we decided to reject this complaint.

I won 10k euros with free spins and the casino took my money away after few days, they said it was a bug and I didn’t get my money or any resolution. Worst casino i played ever, very long KYC verification and slow communication.
