The player from Sweden hasn't received his roulette winnings for over 6 weeks despite regular contact with the casino's live chat. Furthermore, the casino returned his funds to the gaming account, forcing the player to request withdrawal again. The second withdrawal request is still unpaid. The player stopped responding to our questions and comments, so we had to reject the complaint.

I asked why did you do this,

and they told me to do wihtdrawal again

and i did wihtdrawal again and they still didn't pay.
