The player from Greece tried to activate the bonus, but it hasn't been credited. The player decided he was no longer interested in playing in this casino. so we ended up closing this complaint.
I never received my first deposit bonus and I spoke to them again I made a second deposit of €40 and again I never received any bonus away never again at this casino

Yes I spoke while the 50€ deposit was untouched and they told me that it has expired and the bonus is not valid, I made a second deposit of 40€ and also again while I spoke with a representative again I received nothing..
