The player from Finland had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. Despite our team's advice to wait for the standard withdrawal processing time, the player reported not having received his winnings. The player later admitted to having wagered his winnings, hence there was no active withdrawal request anymore. Consequently, we had to reject the complaint.

Hi,


I have waited my withdrawal about two weeks.


Every day the say "there is some backlog problem in payments".


They have near or always same chat agent, which is quite suspicious thing also.


And same situation is in their sister casino: Spintornado. I have waited there also about two weeks withdrawal.


Please help and hopefully they do not fooling me/people.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No i havent got money. They have same 'excuse' now about 2 weeks. In year 2023 real reason is not some backlog or lot of withdrawals for delay. Some other.

Hi, you can cancel this (because i played my money and there is not active withdrawal request anymore) and please publish my review what i wrote just before! Please help me and all other players! It looks like they are scammers, but little hope is that not and for example there is just one (technical) person who try to resolve their "backlog problem". Please investigate this voucherwave limited casino - all their casinos have some problem!
