Hi, I have previously played at heycasino and have verified myself and made a withdrawal since before without any problems, now this time I do not respond to emails in 2 days and they have not approved my withdrawal but it says pending on their page

I sent 6 emails to them and they did not respond, first I sent an email that I was dissatisfied and would complain to them, after that email it took 30 minutes for them to approve my withdrawal, however no one has answered anything more to my mail. Thanks so much for your help
Jag skickade 6 mail till dom och dom svarade inte, först jag skickade ett mail om att jag var missnöjd och skulle klaga på dom ,efter det mailet så tog det 30 minuter för dom att godkänna mitt utag , ingen har dock svarat något mer på mina mail . TACK så mycket för hjälpen
