Casino offers 200% bonus and when you deposit it says.. we will triple your deposit.. 


I tried to deposit $20 and all I got was $40 in some of their coins and when I had $100 in there I still couldn't even withdraw my $20 as it was in bonus funds and had to be spun about 30 times. 


I deposited LTC and expected to get my LTC + bonus Coins but I only got bonus Coins. 


Support replied that my deposit was in bonus coins 😃 very funny ...

Please understand that many casinos consider deposits as part of the match bonus, therefore all bonus terms are applied to both deposit and bonus amounts. This isn't anything unusual. I am afraid that in order to request withdrawal you must complete the wagering requirements first.

Could you please clarify how much money you had in your casino account after you made the deposit?
