Unfortunately, due to the casino's refusal to cooperate and the high volume of unresolved complaints, we were unable to assist further, and the complaint was closed as unresolved. We recommended avoiding this casino due to its lack of accountability.

I have tried submitting a withdrawal complain on here but I can't get to this step in the procedure, so I'm trying it this way.


I have tried to get in touch with them for a week soon in order to receive my withdrawal. They are completely off the radar, not responding at all. When I look at the chat i can see when they were last online, and this "Luke" guy was online in the last 40 minutes.


I'm being completely ignored, and I think that I'm getting scammed. This is making me feel an insane amount of anxiety, this is literally something that could change my entire life situation.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. 

Nevertheless, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of the many cases that were submitted, the casino decided to adopt a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.  

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Did any of these people get their money or were they just lost? I don't understand how they can be able to operate like this when it's a scam. How are they not shut down by now? Things like this is what could propel people over the edge and do something very permanent if they have mental health issues. Many do.


I have read enough complaints about these people to know i will not get my money, and i don't know if there is anything I can even do to make them accountable in any way. There are no legal things that I know if that could be done.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for Heybets Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate. 

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Heybets Casino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
