Hi,

I have played with Hellspin and deposited using jeton, bank, and crypto method. However I have been trying to withdraw for weeks now and am continuously being declined without a reason. When I talk to support they tell me to use a different method everytime ! I am never told why my withdrawal was declined in the first place. All my documents are verified and have made initial deposits using the methods listed above but can not withdraw with none of these methods. I hope to resolve this issue but don’t think I will as I have been trying for more than a month now. Hope to hear from the hellspin team !

I have been playing for 2 months now and I am fully verified. I have withdrawn before but every time I am in profit and I goto withdraw my withdrawal stays pending or gets canceled. The only thing I am told is that my withdrawal is in a que. The que surely shouldn’t take this long !

Dear MyG12,

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Canceling the payment usually means that the player is not fully verified and that's why they can't withdraw any funds. Another reason might be an ongoing bonus - do you have any active one?
