The player's winnings from a live game was not credited into his casino account. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I won a $90 hand of Live Blackjack and did not get paid. It's been over a week and support agents keep telling me "your case is under review, you will receive an email within 24hr with details of your case". I have not received any emails. I feel like I have been robbed.
I attempted to email the Manager of Hellspin just this morning and my email was blocked. Clearly no one intends on helping me out. I also tried to make a complaint to TechOptions Group B.V., but they're website is incomplete and no contact can be found.
