Hello, thank you for the Response and for opening the case. I successfully verified my account on the 24.11.2024 . My winnings are without bonuses and originated from a real money deposit. I last communicated with support via email today, November 28, 2024, and yesterday, November 27, 2024. I asked them how much longer the process might take, and received the following response:


"Dear Player,


We fully understand your concerns and frustration regarding the waiting time; however, we must inform you that our security department is currently conducting a thorough review of your withdrawal request. This includes verifying the uploaded documents and reviewing account activity to ensure the highest level of security and compliance. Once the review is completed, you will receive an email from our support team.
