Hello.

I made a deposit of 87 CAD to helabet website using perfect money method and managed to make it 318 with my main account money.I made a withdrawal request but received an error reading "not enough money to pay".After that i was asked to provide documents to the security which i did and successfully verified my identity.meanwhile website prevented me from placing anymore bets. Then i created another request for 200 Cad(through perfect money) but i received the same "not enough money to pay error".I contacted website support but they have not been helpful and told me this is a technical issue and i should try again later without giving me a specific time.Its been 5 days now since i faced this problem first.So I'm asking casino guru to help me get back my funds.Thank you so much.

1. Yes ,I made a successful withdraw of 79 CAD before this issue

2.No they haven't specific a date,They asked me to create another withdrawal request today but again i received the same message.

3.I created a request some moments ago but again i received the same "not enough money to pay" error

4.Website support told me I can't use other withdrawal methods.I tried withdrawing using DOGE but my account was blocked and crypto withdrawal options got unavailable ever since.
