fileI deposited nearly 8,000 RMB in this casino. When I made a few hundred RMB profit and applied for withdrawal, they asked me to provide a lot of ID documents, ID card, passport, driver's license, utility bills, handheld documents, etc. starting from September 3, 2023. Documentation. (Nearly 2 months of document verification) Until the email notification on October 26, 2023, withdrawal is allowed.


When I apply for withdrawal, they will not allow the withdrawal due to technical issues


I think they are a scammer casino and I saw other users commenting that the same problem happened to me. Please help me file a complaint against them

I didn't use any bonus


helabet, prevents me from using the deposit function and betting function, I can only use the original TRC20 withdrawal method
