I only had an expired drivers licence so I changed the expiry date and they have banned my account. I have told them I can send them birth certificate Medicare healthcare police records utility bills and they won't even reply. I understand I did the wrong thing but I am that person. I just wanted my money

Yes I edited the documents. My driver's licence was expired. I told them I know it was the wrong thing to do. But it is a genuine licence. I asked them to please allow me to get a current proof of age card or accept my other forms of documentation but they didn't respond. There was close to $16000 on the account. I'm shattered

I am sure you understand that the casino is not the one to blame here and no casino is obliged to accept and verify additional documents if you started with fake ones. I understand your frustration, but we cannot penalize the casino, nor can we ask it to pay your winnings.
