I am not happy with the fees harry's casino added onto my deposits. Also the names for deposits on my account seem fraudulant FLW paint and supplie. FLW book stores and FLW money transfers. I now feel my account is going to be hacked. I kindly request these deposits to be refunded as also i have asked several times can my account be closed due to a serious gambling addiction.

How much fees did the casino applied to your deposit? Are you sure that not the payment provider charged those fees? Did you contact the support to self-exclude yourself? If yes, did you e-mail or talked with the live chat?

Hello Nick. Thanks for response. The money has been refunded back to my betting account, which is not really any good to me as min withdrawal is £100 and payment was only around £15. I have also been charged international transaction fee (which i understand will be feom my bank) i am really sceptical is the company actually have a gambling license, and the fact my money shows as going to Nigeria is pretty worrying to me. I know there is no chance of getting deposits back. I now feel vulnerable as someone may have my personal and card details.

Dear col211,

It is common that the withdrawal limit is higher than the withdrawal limit for money laundering prevention. I would recommend just play through the money and quit the casino. Definitely find one with a better rating and with a safer license. The casino has a bad reputation on our site and is hard to deal with them as they almost never respond to us when we try to deal with a complaint. We could however still try to contact them but I won't think it will be successful in this specific case as the fees were also charged by your bank too.

Thank you for response. I do not know if my bank couod do anything as i questioned the nigerian FLW Bookstores it showed up as on my statement.

Did not specify why at all. I have been in touch with UKGC who stated that this is illegal for UK customers to play at unlicensed website. I filled in a questionaire and they are also chasing this company now.

As they closed your account, did they refund the deposited amount, or it is still in the casino? Do you have any news from UKCG? As you have already contacted them, and they has higher authorities as we do, we can follow up the complaint based on their answer and decision.

They did nof say why. They just said cannot help me further. My bank have refunded the FLW transactions as i did not authorise these although i think this is someho linked to play at harrys. I have complained to my bank also ref the casino being unlicensed and in the words of UKGC 'illegal to advertise to or transact with uk customers. I have also attached UKGC emails into my complaint so see what happens, although i am not hold my breath.

The fees were refunded by the Casino. I then enquired about unknown transactions on my account (FLW) And whethed there was a balance in my account. They then responded with my account has now been closed permanently and not answering any emails. I have also raised a complainf with my bank as the casino holds no license and UKGC called it illegal for them to transact with players from UK

Bank has refunded the FLW unauthorised transactions. The casino shut my account as soon as i asked if these transaction were anything to do with them. I am now chasing the legitimacy of RVSPAY that appeared on my bank statement when making deposits as i have been charged a lot of international transaction fees for deposits in Kazakstani currency. My deposit were always in GBP. I am lso chasing the licensing of this company as UKGC have confirmed it is illegal for them to transact with customers from UK. I have seen on many review sites stating they hold a curacao license. Which i am not sure if this is the case of you have any advice or knowledge on their licensing.

As you can see from our review here: https://casino.guru/harry-s-casino-review - the casino has no official license. Also we have a very bad history with them as they refused to deal with any complaints and that's why their rating is that low. This case now became more like a legal issue instead of one with a casino. However, we still can't know for sure that those transactions were made by the casino.
