Hi I am with play harrys casino and they keep robbing me of saying your money will be with you soon for one it says it’s processed in 24 hours it took over 3 days and still nothing they just say with you soon which is absolute joke.. they owe me 500 pound and it says that you can withdraw 7000 a month and your carnt even withdraw 500 ? (PLAY AT HARRYS CASINO )

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem delayed withdrawal. Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

10 days 3 they said to process and 7 days waiting which is very poor as any other site put your money in within 3 days and it’s a bank transfer all they do is say will be in soon which is poor to any site I have ever been on

I am owed 500 pound which they keep saying is being sent but saying that it will be in as soon as possible blatebetly lying to me it’s been 14 days plus the 3 they say to process they haven’t replied since my last message the only way they can do it is bank transfer and are now telling me there trying to find the best way to pay me or can have it back to play which is a joke

I would also like to follow up I have asked if they are paying me or not and for the last 2 days I have had no reply as also told them that have heard they do t pay people as seen other reviews of the site if nothing can be done I will look to get In touch with bank for fraud as they have no chance of paying me 17 days later regards dale

We would like to ask the Harry's Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will negatively affect it's rating.

Please, accept my apologies, but since the casino retains to be unresponsive, we weren't able to progress further with your problem. We are forced to close it as ‘unresolved‘ which will decrease Harry's Casino rating on Casino Guru.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
