I withdrew my winnings after completing wager,my account is fully verified as this will be my second withdrawal, I have been waiting since the 24th of February, harrys are saying that it's all been completed on their side and sent me a screen shot as proof?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and forwarding the relevant screenshot. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal.

Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal has been processed but never reached you? Have you tried contacting your bank and showing them the payment receipt from the casino?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost a month is an unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Yes harrys have said its fully processed at their side and I've contacted the csob who are meant to be paying it and they have said they need to talk to me they cannot do it via email? It's an international number and I'm not calling it from my mobile, my bank have said there isn't anything they can do

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Harry's Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Harry's Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
