The player from the United Kingdom has been charged an excessive withdrawal fee. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino has more than 15 cases marked “No Reaction Policy”.
Deposited £50 , wagered upto £117 . Tried to withdraw and provided documentation (driving licence and utility bill) - which has been used to verify with UK providers .
The casino took £52.80 from my account to a Company called 'Easpringer' using a Chinese currency - when I asked for the refund they locked my account and have not been able to contact since then .

I have never been able to make a withdrawal , they have just closed my account when I asked for my deposit back. The money won I am not bothered about , just the flagrant fraud that the site has used .
I fully understand your frustration, Rolandgarros. Have you received any payment receipt from the casino showing that they transferred the entire amount and subsequently, the withdrawal fee was deducted by some third party?
I received no communications from the casino regarding the deposit , only for them to say my account was closed and they would not be giving me my winnings .

This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Harry's Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Harry's Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
