Title: Self-exclusion and multiple accounts: Complaint closed as UNRESOLVED by Casino Guru again I had an extremely negative experience with Winnita. I had previously requested self-exclusion due to gambling-related issues. Subsequently, other accounts linked to me were used, and I challenged Winnita's decision to allow me to continue playing and depositing. The matter has been submitted to Casino Guru. Casino Guru determined that Winnita had linked seven accounts and, while handling the complaint, requested clarification and specific documentation from the casino, including a comparison of the payment methods used on the different accounts, the dates of use, and the information that allowed the casino to link the accounts. The complaint was initially closed without resolution, but Winnita later requested that the case be reopened. Casino Guru then gave the casino another chance to provide the requested evidence. The final result was again "UNRESOLVED". In the final decision, the Casino Guru analyst explained that the requested evidence was necessary to establish whether Winnita could reasonably have identified and protected me after my previous self-exclusion, and that without this evidence, it was not possible to determine whether I was entitled to a refund. It's important to clarify: Casino Guru didn't establish that Winnita necessarily owed me a refund, but it also didn't establish that Winnita had demonstrated proper handling of the situation. The case remained unresolved precisely because of the lack of evidence necessary to complete the assessment. For me, when the protection of a player who had previously requested self-exclusion is at stake, this lack of clarity is extremely serious. I urge anyone considering Winnita to carefully read the case documentation and form their own opinion. Personally, after this experience, I do not feel like recommending this operator.

Don't register. They won't provide any verifications for documents, regardless of the card you use to make deposits. I've sent them 15 times in high resolution, which they claim isn't legible. I assure you, though, they're clear photos taken with a high-resolution smartphone. They leave you without support for 40 minutes in chat, and obviously the player disconnects without any results. The email address listed on their portal is not in use and it comes back as undelivered because it doesn't exist. The phone number only rings once and the connection drops. On Telegram and WP you can even say the complete rosary, but they don't answer you. Then, after many complaints, and this is beautiful, I receive a message in chat that I will receive a letter.

Initially a positive experience, good variety of games and a fairly high-performance site. The downside came later... For small withdrawals, everything was fine, but for larger amounts it took forever!! I requested a withdrawal on November 29th. My account needed to be verified (and that's fine). On December 3rd, the verification was successful, and according to their terms, larger amounts would arrive WITHIN 5 business days. I waited a week (business days) and still nothing. I contacted support and they told me to wait. Three days later, I contacted them again and they told me my account was being verified. Without notifying me, they're still performing this verification, and as of today, December 16th, I still haven't received anything!!! And to think, I initially gave this casino a positive review, but at this point, if and when the money arrives, I don't know if I'll continue playing with them. After this experience, I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

Don't play on Winnita because they don't pay out winnings... it's a scam site. I had a terrible experience. They'll give you small amounts at first, but if you win anything more, they'll block everything, inventing a ton of verifications. Customer support isn't clear, and they always give you vague answers.
