The player's complaining about the max win cap of his bonus as he won a big amount of money. The complaint was rejected as the player became unresponsive.

  • Ok first off it was a $300 marketing chip and if the max cash out is only $100 witch gets paid back upon withdrawal so then the rest of my account balance of witch i was lucky enough to win goes back to the casino the casino i wagered over $800,000 so they let me drive up the wagering from money i won now they take back the free marketing chip and receive all the amount wagered and then they keep what I have left of my winnings after a withdrawal off $100 so how can they claim the wagering amount from money through my winnings that and i can only withdrawal $100 of And remove the remaining amount from my account pretty damn greedy in my opinion I was really hoping they would be more honorable then this

I've checked the game bonus terms and found this:


"Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal amount from any No Deposit bonus is $100. All free chips valued at or below $100 will come with a cash-out limit of no more than, nor less than, $100."


Could you please advise if you ever made a deposit or a withdrawal in/from the casino? Please note that if it the winnings were generated purely from the free bonus, you won't be able to receive more than $100 no matter how much you win.
