I had so much trouble getting my account verified I was asked to provide one thing after another every time I would provide what the asked for there always seemed to be something else I finally got my account verified then was told I could make a withdrawal now this is the message I received....There is no payment provider for VISA card that's why is happening when we approve it since from our side everything is done on time, we don't have part at anything with third parties like cards,banks or other payment providers

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?

Clearly states on there website withdrawals through visa I have been speaking with an account manager she told me to go ahead and withdrawal through visa once my account was finally verified then all of a sudden she informs me there payment provider is having problems with processing payments with visa cards in Ireland, then she told me to try through skrill which I wasn't able to do through my account with them so I had a call from who he referred to himself as a vip manager he told me to try changing VPN country setting on my phone to see if that would allow me to withdrawal through skrill correct me if I'm wrong but this all sounds a bit dodgy to me?

I would like to add that's it nor the limited availability of payments because they have visa and skrill which I have both of but they told me first with visa that my card was not accepting the payment, so I rung my bank which informed me my card was accepting payments, I told them this then they came back telling me its there payment service provider is having problems sending money to visa cards

Then they told me to try skrill which is there when I go into my account to withdrawal but I was not able to select it, I informed them of this then I had a call from a vip manger saying to try changing the vpn country setting on my phone to see if I was then able to select skrill as a withdrawal method, correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't this all sound a bit dodgy???

I just looked into changing my vpn country setting if I do so I wouldn't be able to change it back for 12 months???

I finally recieved my withdrawal but had to withdrawal through bitcoin, but information on there page is incorrect such as skrill and neteller being withdrawal options to players in Ireland, also I was only informed that there payment service provider was apparently down after first being told it was my debit card not being accepted, they have now closed my account which I don't mind at all because of all this trouble I wouldn't have played there again but do think it is unfair as all I was trying to do is get my money I had done everything they asked except change my vpn country setting to be able to withdraw through skrill because I thought that was a ridiculous option, so the trouble was not on my end it was clearly on there's
