Hi I wrote a couple of days ago I don't understand a thing. I say what happened first I deposited small sums the first few times then I won a substantial winner that I wanted to withdraw. After carrying out the first steps with mastercard they send me an email saying that I had to try again with a bank processor I try again the next day I have performed all the past with the new part and instead of withdrawing he deposited me so the money in the account was 300. Yesterday I tried to play again and I won another 50 euros for a tot of 350. Today he replied that I have to clean the cookies and restart the phone I proceeded and try again the withdrawal request for 330 credited me and deposited me without my wanting others 330 euros so now in the game account I have 680 euros all my money. Now I have contacted the live chat but it tells me that I have to bet a sum of 430 euros to be able to withdraw! I'm crying I fainted when I read. I don't know how to help me
Salve ho scritto un paio di giorni fa non capisco una cosa. Dico prima cos'è successo ho depositato le prime volte piccole somme poi ho vinto una vincente sostanziosa che volevo prelevare. Dopo aver effettuato i primi passaggi con mastercard mi inviano una mail dicendo che dovevo riprovare con un bank processor riprovo il giorno dopo ho eseguito tutti i passati con la nuova parte e invece si prelevare mi ha depositato quindi j soldi nel conto erano 300. Ieri ho provato a giocare ancora e ho vinto atri 50 euro per un tot di 350. Oggi mi ha risposto che devo fare pulizia dei Cookie e del telefono riavviarlo ho provveduto e riprovado la richiesta di prelievo di 330 mi ha accreditato e depositato senza il mio volere altri 330 euro quindi adesso nel conto del gioco ho 680 euro tutti i miei soldi. Ora ho contattato la live chat ma mi dice che devo scommettere un tot di 430 euro per poter prelevare! Sto piangendo ho avuto un mancamento quando ho letto. Non so come fare aiutatemi
